Dr. Nathalie Beauchamp has been living the wellness lifestyle since her teenage years while involved in a multitude of different sports. At a time of life when so many young men and women struggle with body issues and self-esteem, Dr. Beauchamp could already see the role that health and fitness was going to play in her life. And it has. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been at the core of every personal and professional milestone she has achieved so far.
Born in Montebello, Quebec, her professional expertise in the area of fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and wellness began in 1996 when she graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, and she is also a certified personal fitness trainer, a professional natural bodybuilder, a wellness consultant and lecturer, television personality and motivational speaker.
She is the co-author of the published book—Wellness On The Go: Take the Plunge- It’s Your Life! and the creator of the Roadmap to Wellness, an online coaching program, designed to teach clients how to live a wellness lifestyle. Dr. Nathalie was the recipient of the 2007 People’s choice award for business of the year and for professional advisor of the year and was also a 2008 Ottawa Top 40 Under 40 business recipient. She is the owner of Beauchamp Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center, and was the recipient of the 2009 Chiropractor of the Year award from the Chiropractic Leadership Alliance. She is the founder of the annual Orleans Wellness Expo a community based event that gathers over one thousand people each year.
Dr. Nathalie’s passion is to lead, educate and empower people to Be Fit, Eat Right and Think Well. She is also passionate about teaching other Health Professionals on how to build a thriving practice/business with on line tools and strategies to spread their health and wellness message and to build and strengthen relationships to change the face of health care in North America.
