If you know me well, you know that I am a huge book lover. I often joke that while some spend money on shoes, I spend my money on buying books! One of my favorite pastimes is listening to podcasts on health and longevity, and it’s not uncommon for me to hear an interview with an author that piques my interest and prompts me to immediately buy the book to explore the topic in greater depth.
Through reading, I am constantly learning new things and expanding my knowledge of various aspects of health. I find that reading books not only helps me to improve my overall well-being but also helps me to stretch my mind and think about new concepts and different perspectives. While I may not always agree with everything in a book, I try to take what I find valuable and apply it to my own health routine.
