Who is Jackie Leduc?

Jackie is an Integrative Wellness Coach and Movement Specialist with over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has a degree in Education Majoring in Physical Education specializing in Fitness as well as post-graduate studies in Exercise Physiology from McGill University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga and Yoga Tune-up Teacher as well as a Reiki Master and TraumaPractik Practitioner.
